location is great and the stuff were very helpful

The reception man whose name is Ugur is kind. He helped searching laundry shop for me. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice to know how Turkish breakfast is.

The hotel is very nice and very well located, the Galata tower is a 5-minute walk away. Right at the exit of the hotel, you will find a metro station, and a 15-minute walk away, a tram station. Madame Tussauds Istanbul museum can be reached quite quickly - (I really recommend it), if you want to take a walk there you will find a promenade full of shops and restaurants. You have the opportunity to visit many places nearby, and Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar are located at a distance of 4-6 tram stops (you only need to walk 10 minutes to the station). The rooms are exactly as in the pictures, I chose the Grand Delux room with a sea view (I had a view on one side of the Galata Tower and the other view of the Bosphorus). Everything was clean, the girls come every day to change towels and bring water (still water and mineral water are brought daily from the house - small bottles). Everything looks very nice in the hotel (from reception, halls, room). Breakfast is served on the terrace on the 6th floor - absolutely wonderful view. Breakfast is served by them personally and is changed every day - it is not helpful to choose what you want, but it was quite ok (a little bit of everything for everyone). The gentlemen at the reception are very kind and ready to help with anything you need. I guided myself to the objectives I wanted to reach, even Mr. Ugur lent me his personal transport card because I couldn't manage to get one from the subway. I fed it and I was able to use it to reach Hagia Sofia and the Bazar much faster. It really helped me. Everyone who was at the reception during the 3 days I spent there helped me every time, they were very kind, smiling, they made sure every time that everything was in order, checked if anything else was needed of something. I didn't find any minuses in the location, I didn't stay to carefully check the carpet on the floor or the linen or every edge of the towels, because it wasn't the case.

The location of this hotel is directly above the Metro which providing one access to the other side of the bridge - Fathi, Blue Mosque, Sofia each of the Bazaars - Spice and Grand and more. The hotel housekeeping take pride in their work as demonstrated by the apostles appearance of our room. Traditional Turkish breakfast is served on the rooftop, providing one with an excellent view of the various mosques and Istanbul skyline. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable and well worth including with your stay.

I liked the décor, the location, metro stop just outside the hotel, the breakfast, the views from the rooftop restaurant, the staff and the service. The views from the room were also amazing and the staff were extremely helpful.
